iOS Mobile App Developed for Australia’s leading Diesel Engine Rebuilder


Client is one of the western Australia’s leading diesel engine rebuilders, with more than 30 years of experience covering a wide variety of makes and models, they offer diverse solutions with world class service when it comes to rebuilding, engine machining, complete new engines, and genuine spare parts. They have a comprehensive range of diesel motors and components at all times and clients machining team is comprised of the most talented individuals in the industry.


Clients requirement was to develop a mobile app for their business and provide customers enquiry/quotation/instructions with the app. App owners should be given facility to create staffs, the staffs collect the enquiry / quotation / instructions from the visiting customer along with their personal and payment information. Later they can get the details of the required services and enter the same in their iPad and upon confirming the same with the customer, staffs should submit the information for processing.

What We Did

ANGLER’s Mobile app development team developed a mobile app in Dual user perspective and it has been customized for Administrators and Staffs.

Admin phase

Where administrator shall log into the application with the user name and password and manage the profiles of the users who shall use this application. Administrator will be given with options to change their password as and when required. Administrator have the access to create staff profiles who have signed up in this app. The admin will have full control to edit, deactivate the staff details.

Staff phase

Administrator create staff users and share the credentials to them through Email. Later the staff can login in app with those predefined credentials. After successful login staffs can track New order, My orders and Reports. Also they will be providing the information about the diesel engine with which they are going to service comprising of the following data.

  • Make/model
  • Year
  • Cylinders
  • Engine no
  • Serial no
  • Type of service required
  • Customer order no

Status button has been included in the app where staffs can select the current status of that particular order. The orders handled by staff will be displayed in a dashboard with unique search option, if required, Staffs can select a particular order and resend the email, to that particular customer after confirmation.
